Parenting and teaching children with ADHD, Executive Function deficits, challenging behaviours,  and social skills shortfalls is overwhelming, frustrating, and isolating. By taking a coach approach, the lives of parents and teachers dealing with complex children and students can improve.  With reality-based training and coaching, parents and teachers become more confident and calm. The children and students become more successful and independent. Coaching teaches adults to adopt new perspectives, set expectations confidently, and make well-considered decisions for everyone.
