Student Laptop Purchase Program Agreement

Regent Christian Academy requires every student in grades 7-9 to own a windows 10 laptop. To purchase a laptop from the school please complete the following:

Laptop price is $660.00 and includes the following

4 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
64 GB Flash Memory
ESET Antivirus protection (Three-year service)
Resilient Agent (Microsoft patch management and auto-remediation of basic issues for three years)
Additional technical support or maintenance would be the responsibility of the student. Acer has a local service centre ready to help with any repairs or maintenance. They can be reached at 1-844-341-3111.
Payment Options/ Terms
Payments can be included with your monthly tuition over the next 3 years at $22.00 per month (payments taken over Sept – June over the next three years)
If you choose, you can make the payment in full by e-transferring the full amount to payments@regent.bc.ca. Please ensure the message box contains the name and grade of your student.
Upon acceptance of this agreement, laptop care and maintenance outside the listed terms will become the responsibility of the student. Any loss or damage to the computer is the responsibility of the student. The warranty for the laptop is supplied by Acer.
If a student leaves Regent Christian Academy before the three-year term expires, the options available to the family would be to pay out the remaining balance on the device or return the device to the school. No refund will be provided if the device is returned to the school. If the unit is damaged upon return full payment for the device will be due.
Upon full payment of $660, the laptop will become the property of the student.
