Emergency Contact Information

In the event of a serious incident resulting in school closure (such as, but not limited to an earthquake) where I am unable to collect my child(ren) from school, I acknowledge that my child(ren) will not be released from school to another adult unless authorized by myself; and that on the release of my child(ren) a record shall be kept at the school of the name of their guardian, time of release and expected destination.

Media & Livestream Consent

Regent Christian Academy is committed to protecting student privacy while celebrating our community. In accordance with the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), we require your consent to collect and use your child’s image or work.

Please submit your consent for the following use cases:

• Internal Educational Use Includes platforms used for learning and school memory-keeping, such as Seesaw, Google Classroom, Microsoft 365, and the School Yearbook.
• External Promotional Use Includes the school website, public social media (Instagram/Facebook), newsletters, and printed marketing materials.
• Livestreaming & Event Broadcasts Includes the real-time broadcasting of school events (Chapel, Graduation, Sports). These streams are not public; a private link will be shared exclusively with the RCA community via the school newsletter for viewing by families.
  

  Note: Because these are live broadcasts, student images cannot be edited out in real-time. Parents who do not consent should instruct their children to remain in designated "no-film" zones during these events.

While Regent Christian Academy strives to respect the privacy preferences of all our families, we recognize that unintentional slips can occur in our busy school environment.

If you identify a photo or video of your child posted on our platforms that was shared without your consent or in error, please contact the school office immediately at 604-599-8171 or office@regent.bc.ca.

Upon notification, we will prioritize the prompt removal of the content. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our digital community safe and respectful.

Payment Information

Payment is due May 1st for non-online payments to guarantee your spot.

Re-enrollment fees are $50 per child and are included in the total per child.

Facility fees are $100 per child, and are included in the total per child.

Card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
