& Fees
Thank you for your interest in Regent Christian Academy.
We strive to provide a competitive tuition structure that reflects our vision, mission and excellence in Christ-centered education. Our Tuition Policy is determined by the RCAS Board of Directors and is reviewed annually to ensure that we are able to provide affordable, quality education and an impactful learning experience for every student in our care.
The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) allows RCA to issue an annual charitable donation tax receipt to K-12 domestic students for the portion of tuition paid that directly supports instructional and educational services. This is calculated with a complex CRA formula, however is estimated to be between 70-90%. Receipts are issued by our Accounts Department in February for the previous calendar year.
As per our Admissions Policy, siblings of current students are prioritized in classroom placements (1st tier intake). We provide multi-child families with tuition discounts, indicated in the Tuition Schedule below.

How to apply the Grid
To calculate your family’s total monthly tuition, please apply the grid rates starting with your eldest child, and then work downward by age.
For example:
My eldest child is going to Grade 10 ($741 tuition + $40 admin fee + $40 field trip fee), my second child is going to Grade 5 ($371 tuition + $40 admin fee + $30 field trip fee), my youngest child is going to Grade 1 ($277 tuition + 40 admin fee + $30 field trip fee).
Note, this Tuition Grid applies to domestic students only. Our International Program Fees are separate and are available on request.
Additional Fees
New Student Fees
– $100 non-refundable Placement Fee per child (due upon confirmation of placement)
– $100 non-refundable Facilities Fee per child
– $200 non-refundable Future Builders Fee per child
– A 10% non-refundable tuition deposit due upon admission (this will be applied to December 2026 tuition)
Returning Student Re-enrollment Fees
– $50 non-refundable Re-enrollment Fee per child
– $100 non-refundable Facilities Fee per child
Graduation Fee
– $75 non-refundable Graduation Fee per month (per Grade 12 student)
– This is included in the monthly Admin Fee for Grade 12 students as indicated on the Tuition Grid*
Athletic Fees (extra-curricular)
– Grade 8 – Senior Teams: $150 – $200 per team
– Grade 5 – 7 CESS Teams: $20 per event
– Fees are payable at the beginning of each season
– Additional fees are collected for lodging and meals where applicable
Payment Information
Families may choose from the following tuition payment options:
A Full Annual Payment
– Pay tuition in full by July 1st, 2026 and receive a 1% discount
– Note, credit card payments are subject to a 4% service fee
Monthly Payment Options
– Pay tuition over 10 months or 12 months
– 10 month payments start September 1st, 2026
– 12 month payments start July 1st, 2026
Important Notes
– Payments are due on the 1st day of each month
– Tuition is payable by Pre-Authorized debit, cash, cheque or e-transfer
– Payment made by debit or credit card are subject to a 4% service fee
– Accounts must be in good standing to proceed with student re-enrollment
– Charitable Donation Tax Receipts are issued in February for the previous calendar year
Discounts offered at RCA
– Family / sibling discounted rates are available (as per Tuition Grid)
– Pastoral families receive a discounted tuition rate, upon meeting eligibility requirements
– RCA staff members receive a discounted tuition rate, upon meeting eligibility requirements
